All crystals and gemstones we sell are guaranteed 100% genuine natural stone, free of dyes or chemical treatment. The color, size, and pattern of each stone are natural and may differ slightly from photos.

2. Ordering & Payment

An order is considered valid once the buyer's details are complete and proof of transfer is confirmed by our admin. Payment is made to the official store account listed at checkout.

3. Shipping

Shipping is arranged once payment has been verified. Delivery time estimates follow the chosen courier service.

4. Returns & Warranty

If a product does not meet expectations, please contact us within a reasonable time with supporting evidence. Returns are subject to admin review.

5. Privacy

The data you provide is only used for order processing and is not shared with third parties without permission.
